Nice pool. Lots of open ground. Small pond. Nice playground for small kids. Basketball courts. This campground is very kid friendly.
I like convenience when I'm camping and think this place would serve campers like myself much better if they offered updated bathrooms/showers and paved sites/roads. I would gladly pay extra for those luxuries.

So I wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciated your kindness by adding this review to thank you. You were so pleasant and patient today with all of my questions. I have no doubt that you helped us in making the right choices by making our reservation. We are beyond excited for our trip this upcoming year and I am sure for years to come! I do hope that your supervisor(s) are aware of what a terrific job you do in representing this facility. I hope they read this so you are properly acknowledged for all of your efforts! I am sure they already know what a gem they have! Every employee should have a proper training class from you. If everyone at Adventure Bound Campgrounds is half as nice as you, then by far it will be the happiest place ever!! I do hope that you are thanked on a daily basis for a job well done! We are looking forward to meeting you and thanking you in person! I love this place already and we haven't even arrived yet. We will absolutely be writing a review again after our stay!
Wooded site that was surprisingly level considering the hill we were on. Nice tree canopy that provided lots of shade and kept it cooler even with the humidity.
It is a real family oriented facility. Chris the manager was extremely responsive to an issue we had and followed up several times to make sure our stay was great. I will bring my family back again.
This was our third visit to Eagle's Peak and we plan on many more. Lots of activities for the kiddos and adults alike. Clean restrooms and shower houses, awesome water slides and pools. Their rates are a little higher than some of the campgrounds we frequent, but the activities and amenities make it worth it. Staff are very friendly and we felt very welcomed every visit. One of our new favorite campgrounds!!!
Clean campground. Great bath/shower facilities. You will not be bored and your kids will sleep well at night from trying all the available activities. My son absolutely loved the water slides, pool, mini golf and the game room. We stayed in a Bare Bones cabin that had a fridge, ac, lights, master bedroom, 3 single beds and 1 kids bed. It was great but the bed wasn't soft which was the only downfall.
The staff all seemed very nice and helpful.
